The Edwards EST G1R-HDVM Multi-Candela Horn-Strobe is a compact notification appliance designed for fire alarm and emergency signaling systems. The Genesis-series device combines a temporal horn with a high-visibility strobe in a single wall-mounted unit. The G1R-HDVM features a red housing, clear lens and selectable candela output, allowing the installer to configure the visual intensity according to the application. The horn also provides selectable high/low dB operation. This model is particularly relevant for maintenance and replacement of existing Edwards/EST Genesis installations because the G1R-HDVM has been discontinued and is identified as being replaced by G1AVRN.
