Product Description

The Automated Logic ZN551 is a programmable zone controller designed for distributed HVAC and building automation control. It is suitable for applications including VAV systems, fan coil units, heat pumps, unit ventilators, lighting and exhaust fan control. The controller communicates using BACnet MS/TP over EIA-485 and integrates with Automated Logic's WebCTRL building automation platform. Its I/O configuration includes five universal inputs, five digital relay outputs and one 0–10 VDC analog output, allowing it to control and monitor multiple field devices. The ZN551 also supports Automated Logic sensors and touchscreen interfaces and provides distributed control functionality, allowing zone-level equipment to continue operating independently within the building automation architecture. This unit is suitable for commercial buildings, HVAC control panels, building management systems, facility automation, VAV applications and replacement of existing Automated Logic ZN551 controllers.
